Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission, harvest it by automated means, or interfere with the site or with anyone else’s use of it.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs, films, illustrations, label artwork and the Ezousa name and marks on this site belong to Ezousa Winery or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

Visits and bookings

The booking form sends us a request, not a reservation. A visit is confirmed only when we reply by email to confirm it. Until then nothing is booked and nothing is owed.
The copy of your request that arrives in your inbox is a receipt, sent automatically so that you have a record of what you asked for. It is not a confirmation and does not hold a date for you.
Visits run by arrangement and follow the season and the work in the cellar. During harvest in particular we may have to offer you a different time.
If you need to change or cancel, tell us as early as you can. If we have to change or cancel a confirmed visit, we will offer you an alternative or refund anything you have paid for it.
Tastings involve alcohol and are for people aged 18 and over. We may decline to serve anyone who cannot show they are of age, and we may end a visit if anyone behaves unsafely or disrespectfully towards our staff, our guests or the estate.

Wine, and what this site does not do

This site does not sell wine; it describes what we make. For prices, availability or trade enquiries, please contact us.

Tasting notes, analyses, alcohol figures and vintage details are given in good faith and change from vintage to vintage. We correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of them.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability

We try to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
