From the Vineyards of Kannaviou to the Bottle

Founded in 2003 by owner and winemaker Michalis Constantinides, the winery takes its name from the nearby Ezousa River, whose presence has shaped the valley’s landscape and contributed to the unique terroir of the surrounding vineyards.

Rooted in the spirit of the valley.

Harvest is done by hand, crate by crate, on a property small enough to be picked parcel by parcel. It is unhurried work, and deliberately so — what a vineyard will give is largely decided before the fruit ever reaches the cellar.

The philosophy of Ezousa Winery is rooted in a close connection between vineyard and cellar.

Every stage of the process, from cultivation and harvest to vinification and maturation, is guided by attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable practices.

A Family Tradition of Authentic Winemaking

The result is a collection of wines that reflect the natural beauty of the Ezousa Valley and the evolving identity of modern Cypriot winemaking: authentic, expressive, and deeply connected to their place of origin.

Every bottle reflects our unwavering dedication to our vineyards and heritage.
