Classic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 12 months in french oak casks

Food pairing suggestions

Red meats, game, semi-hard cheeses and pasta with creamy sauces. Decanting for 30 minutes is recommended.

Tasting Notes

A complex wine resulting from the best expression of the grape variety and the Kannaviou microclimate. Vibrant ruby colour, layered aromas of black cherry, mint and thyme. Exuberant and intense flavours with a rich mouthfeel and structure and long finish.
