Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region from a single vineyard. Manual harvest during late August.
Cold maceration and classic white wine fermentation. Maturation for 6 months on the lees.
Pale lemon colour and expressive nose with delicate aromas of peach, pear and citrus and some notes of honeysuckle and vanilla. It has a dry mouth sense with moderate acidity and characteristic flavours of tropical fruits, melon and lime with a long lasting and refreshing aftertaste.
Seafood, white meats with sweet sauces, pasta, mushroom dishes, grilled vegetables, paté, and au gratin dishes and cheeses.
