Classic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 12 months in oak casks.
Red meats, semi-hard cheeses and pasta with creamy sauces. Decanting is recommended.
Deep ruby colour. On the nose dense ripe red and black fruit, flowers and notes of plum and cinnamon. Full and rich bodied with luscious cassis flavours, velvety tannins ending with a nuance of mint chocolate and a long spice and vanilla finish.
