Selected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region. Manual harvest starts from August ( Syrah) until late October ( Maratheftiko).
Classic red wine fermentation. Partial maturation for 4 months in oak casks.
Intense ruby coloured wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild rose as well as a hint of oak. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with balanced acidity and density, and juicy tannins.
Red meats, game, cold cuts, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
