Vine & HarvestSelected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region, thus qualifying as Paphos Regional wine (PGI). Manual harvest during the late summer month of August.
Vinification & MaturationClassic red wine fermentation. Partial maturation for 6 months in oak casks.
Intense ruby coloured wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild rose as well as a hint of oak. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with balanced acidity and density, and juicy tannins.
